Event Guidelines

When booking an event, we will inquire to discuss the spacing limitations of your venue. For outdoor events, our standard is that there is no precipitation and that the temperature index be between 60 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit that day, as per USDA guidelines. Please have an adequately ventilated indoor space available if this is an issue on the day of the event. As before, we do not schedule rain dates if you do not prepare for this possibility. 

We adhere to New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut guidelines regarding social gatherings. 

On our end, we are making sure that any commonly touched object, such as toys and kennels, are sanitized before each and every event. Our staff is armed with adequate hand sanitizer and enough cleaning supplies to leave each venue the same way we found it. Our children’s event activities typically involve minimum distancing, making it all the more important to make sure that all the guests follow our guidelines for health screening to minimize the risk of transmission.

Allergies

We are not responsible for any and all allergies from handling puppies.  You certify that you have cleared all guests for puppy activities.

Trip & Fall

We are not responsible for any hazards due to puppy playtime.

Puppy Injuries

If a puppy is injured at your party, you are responsible for any vet service bills or puppy replacement.

    FAQ

    We are a puppy store in Brooklyn, New York. Our parties are a means of socialization and exercise for our puppies while they wait to find their forever homes.

    Our activities are regulated by the USDA and licensed under the Animal Welfare Act. We are also under veterinary supervision. At least one of our staff members is present throughout the event to monitor the puppies’ health and safety.

    We do puppy parties 7 days a week, please call for available hours depending on the babies’ feeding time and distance from our location. Your event can be outdoors as long as there is no inclement weather and the temperature, after accounting for wind chill and heat index, is between 60 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit as per Weather.com’s report for your event’s zip code . You must own or rent the space: events in public parks may not be permitted. We highly recommend that you have an indoor space set aside in case of adverse weather conditions: we do not reserve separate days in case of rain. Your event must take place at the contracted address agreed upon on your Request Form.

    The base price for a Puppy Party is location dependent. Therefore, we would need to know the location of the event in order to provide a price quote. The further away your event location is from our store, the higher the cost of your event will be.

    Services must be paid for in full prior to the beginning of the event. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Square, and Paypal. We do not accept payment via American Express, and we do not accept payment via check.

    Additional puppies are available for $50 each. Additional hour time blocks are available for $100 each.

    For all events:

    • There is no limit of puppies per event, if available.
    • There is a no time limit per event, if available.

    Our activities are geared towards guests of any age. For children’s events, we recommend that you keep the ratio to no more than three children per puppy to ensure that no one is left out. Up to 25 puppies can be brought to your event if available. Call or email for any possible restrictions.

    We can provide proof of general liability insurance if your building or school requires it. We will go over the details required to have this paperwork provided. We do not sign most outside vendor agreements, so make sure your company or school’s legal department is on board with the waiver we supply.

    We do not allow for selection of specific breeds. We reserve the right to curate the selection based on the number of events that day, as well as the age of the guests, number of guests, and duration of your event.

    Please return all paperwork as quickly as possible.  All forms must be received before we can confirm your party.

    $100 for an hour with 3 puppies at our in-store location – 2082 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11234 – accommodates up to 8 people.
